Your future duties and responsibilities: Responsible for facilitating and championing the Agile software development process. Regularly report on team progress, risks, and any blockers to program leadership. Maintain project status in Agile tracking software and prepare reports on status for program Leadership. Maintain a smooth operation of our Agile processes and activities. Responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, backlog prioritization meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives and other Agile activities. Facilitate Agile ceremonies throughout team's iterations. Responsible for communicating with the customer and the team, tracking tasks and producing quality deliverables. Work with team to identify, document, manage risks/issues in a timely manner, coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure risks/issues are resolved and closed. Coach the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices. Experience with maintaining user documentation in a development operations continuous testing and deployment environment. Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques. Knowledge and experience of IT systems, database, operating systems, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Testing to be able to troubleshoot simple technical/configuration related issues prior to handing it to the development team. Continuously coach teams to higher levels of Scrum Maturity. Collaborate with Product Owner to understand current assignment and enable the team to stay focused on Sprint and Program Increment objectives. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: BA/BS in Business Administration, Computer Science, or an equivalent education. At least 5 years of previous experience leading and managing agile IT development projects. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification. Experience with Azure DevOps Agile Project Management tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills is necessary to be successful in this role. Advanced proficiency in analytical, organizational, project management, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Customer- and relationship-focused, process-driven, metric-focused, results-oriented, organized, and self-directed. Must be self-motivated and have the ability to multi-task and solve problems independently and innovatively. Expertise managing and orchestrating Agile development and O&M teams. Proficient in the use of tools and methods to efficiently manage product releases, sprints, and development cycles. Proactive self-starter demonstrating a positive, willing attitude and excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience with maintaining user documentation in a development operations continuous testing and deployment environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to pay careful attention to detail. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $190,900.00.
