Network Optimization Project Manager

LOCATION: Charlotte, NC, US, 28208 What will you do as a Project Manager Network Optimization at Sealed Air? In this role, you will be a key leader driving and executing capital projects that optimize our supply chain across multiple manufacturing sites. You will leverage your engineering and project management expertise to plan, coordinate, and oversee high-impact initiatives, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Human Resources to ensure each project creates value and aligns with the company's strategic goals. Why do we need you? To plan and prioritize investments that enhance safety, protect business continuity, and deliver strong ROI. To coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring efficient execution and on-time delivery. To develop technical solutions, cost estimates, schedules, and risk management strategies. To manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering. To ensure new systems and equipment meet production, quality, and reliability targets. To implement best practices and process improvements that enhance future project delivery. What skills will help you succeed? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering. Experience leading capital projects in manufacturing or industrial environments. Proven leadership skills managing teams, contractors, and working with regulatory agencies. Strong knowledge of project management principles, budgeting, and scheduling. Familiarity with applicable codes, construction practices, and engineering standards. Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Excel, and Smartsheet. Advanced conversational English (working with multiple regions and global stakeholders). Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
