SEEKING: Coachella Valley Repertory Theatre (CVRep) is looking for a full-time Major Gift Officer to lead their fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in development activities such as major and planned gifts, annual fund, donor relations, corporate and foundation giving, and special events. Responsibilities include making calls, engaging with potential donors, and managing fundraising campaigns. Knowledge of the local philanthropic community is a plus but not required. Major and Planned Gifts Development:

Manage a portfolio of major gift prospects, fostering existing relationships and developing new ones. Identify and cultivate prospective donors, including creating lists and making outreach calls. Engage the board and committees for support and special giving opportunities. Collaborate with the Executive Artistic Director on donor interactions, solicitations, and sponsorships. Develop a planned giving program and related marketing materials. Research potential prospects to assess their interest and capacity to give. Develop and implement fundraising strategies and supporting materials for specific needs and campaigns. Annual Giving:

Create and execute an ongoing annual giving program to secure unrestricted gifts. Plan and carry out mail and electronic solicitations, leveraging special opportunities. Analyze donor behavior and campaign metrics to improve fundraising efforts. Corporations and Foundations:

Assist with grant proposals and develop a portfolio of corporate and foundation funders aligned with CVReps mission. Candidate Requirements:

Experience in non-profit fundraising, with leadership roles and multi-project management skills. Bachelors degree in business, commerce, economics, or related fields; a masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are preferred. Performance Responsibilities:
