Position Highlights

Work-Life Balance:

Flexible four-day workweek with no weekends required. Shared call rotation only one week every three months, handled remotely with minimal volume.

Modern Practice Setting, Ideal Work Environment:

Modern, spacious offices equipped with iTero, hard and soft tissue lasers, and 3D cone beam imaging (iCat available at two locations). Digital EMR system (Open Dental).

Team and Culture:

Established, dentist-owned private group offering clinical autonomy, operational support, and a collaborative team of eight experienced dentists and 16 hygienists.

Call Schedule:

Extremely light call volume (0–5 calls/week), with trauma cases referred to an academic oral surgery department. Call taken from home.

Support & Networking:

Emphasis on team culture, mentorship, and peer collaboration. Dedicated infrastructure for billing, insurance, scheduling, and marketing.

Growth Opportunities:

Partnership track available after one year with no financial buy-in. Mentorship and leadership training provided.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

Guaranteed base of $150,000 for the first $45,000/month in collections.

Bonus:

Production-based bonus ranging from 29%–37% of adjusted net collections based on tiered thresholds.

Qualifications

Degree: DDS or DMD from an accredited institution.

Certifications: BLS required.

Licensure: Active or eligible for dental licensure in Louisiana.

Skillset: Competent in restorative, endo, extractions, crown and bridge, and implants.

Experience: 3+ years preferred; open to new graduates with leadership potential.

Sponsorship: U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) only.
