JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The 'Sr. Project Manager - Field Testing' is the key to our operational efficiency, responsible for the seamless scheduling of job visits, coordination of technical reporting and supporting the commercial proposal process. This role ensures our field technicians and proposal managers have the resources and information they need to deliver accurate bids and timely project execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Scheduling:
Managing the end-to-end scheduling of pre-proposal and project-related site visits for technicians, optimizing for skill sets, availability, and geographic efficiency. Reporting:
Tracking and expediting the technical reporting process by managing deadlines, defining requirements, and ensuring quality control. Proposal Management:
Supporting the proposal team in managing the commercial bid process from creation through final delivery. Liaison:
Serving as the primary point of contact between customers, field technicians, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and proactive problem-solving. Process Improvement:
Identifying and implementing improvements to operational and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and prevent future issues. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience:
5+ years of experience in a similar role within the electrical contracting or maintenance industry. Coordination & Planning:
Highly organized and self-motivated with a proven ability to independently manage job schedules, deadlines, and a wide variety of challenges. Technical Proficiency:
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM software. Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and client correspondence.
