Prep Cook Position
We are looking for a part time Prep Cook for Mayo Clinic. The location is 700 West Avenue South, La Crosse, WI 54601. The schedule is part time, from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm and 11:30 am to 8:00 pm. Days may vary, with rotating weekends and holidays. More details will be provided upon interview. Previous culinary experience is preferred but not required. Job Summary: Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Essential duties and responsibilities include obtaining daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef, preparing items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes, operating and cleaning equipment per department procedures, and storing, labeling and dating all food items according to policy. Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
