Production Clerk
Job Title: Production Clerk Location: Omaha Reporting to: General Foreman Essential Job Functions: Recorded attendance from each area on the Fabrication and Harvest floors and reported to Human Resources. Collects data from various reports on yields, labor efficiency, and expenses, and provides data to each department daily. Organizes specifications for new products into a presentable format for department supervisors and superintendents to review when needed. Receives make sheet reports/line up reports from the corporate office and distributes them to department heads daily. Reports paperwork for box combos at day's end and labels from the Harvest floor. Complete operations report at the end of each working day. Responsible for all data entry for production numbers and daily production needs. Professionally answer phones, take messages, and direct calls appropriately. All other duties as assigned by Management. Experience Required: High School diploma or GED equivalent, preferred but not required. Previous experience working in the meat processing industry is preferred, but not required. Previous clerical experience preferred but not required. Skills/Abilities Required: Proficiency in English, must be able to communicate both written and verbal effectively. Bilingual Spanish skills preferred. Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook. Must be able to work flexible hours, including Saturdays. Must be able to work in cold, hot, and wet environments with extended standing and walking. Must be able to continuously develop positive working relationships with all employees and adapt quickly to dynamic environments and situations. JBS is an equal opportunity employer.
