The role interacts with business leaders, subject matter experts, and IT to validate functional and system requirements, develop business cases, explore and implement process improvement suggestions, and execute problem resolutions within Commercial systems.The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter, with strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills and tenacity to work through process improvements and change readiness opportunities for the benefit of MPC. The candidate will work with a wide array of organizations and business functions within MPC. It will also work closely with Product Owners and IT to troubleshoot issues and advocate for changes on behalf of the business. The candidate should be able to work in a team environment and maintain a strong business partnering focus.Key ResponsibilitiesProvides day-to-day system administration support for at least one product line within the Commercial application space (OM, EPSF, or PAA).
