Meta is seeking a Program Manager to join the Product Support & Insights team within Global Support Ops. GSO is made up of multiple teams that focus on alpha/beta product testing, operational and technical support for business products, data management, and scaling the process of measuring outcomes from Meta's business products. The GSO team helps businesses through scaled service delivery & operations. We combine deep expertise in our products with operational and analytical skills to design and manage scalable processes that support millions of advertisers across dozens of complex products. Our unique view on both product and service allows us to partner with teams across Meta to drive our business forward by representing the view of the customer and combining quantitative with qualitative signals to drive product improvements and scale operations. The Product Support & Insights team focuses on scaled issue resolution for Meta's Ads, Business and Commerce products and advocates for the advertiser and Sales experience to improve quality of our products. We partner closely with our product, engineering and sales teams to give businesses and advertisers the best experience possible. We also rely on data and insights to work effectively with our Engineering and Product teams to build processes, techniques and tools and recommend improvements to reduce customer issues. This program manager will drive various strategic initiatives across the team.

Program Manager, Product Support & Insights Responsibilities

Program Management: Manage programs end-to-end, facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams, including: defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, developing and executing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes across the team and identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing changes to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including product, engineering, sales, and operations teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators to measure program success, providing regular reports to stakeholders on project status, risks, and opportunities Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technology or internet technology, strategic marketing, program management, or management consulting Experience implementing processes and programs that improve product or operational performance Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and enrolling the necessary leadership support to drive resolution in the context of competing perspectives Organizational and interpersonal experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multitasking and working under your own initiative in a rapidly changing workplace Analytical, data driven decision-making experience, using deductive reasoning to simplify and communicate complex issues Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data, identifying patterns and trends, and effectively communicating actionable insights that inform business decisions Experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of statistical analysis and tools such as SQL

116 000 USD/year to 168 000 USD/year + bonus + equity + benefits
