Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Overview: A well-established, globally recognized financial institution known for its entrepreneurial culture, strong leadership, and dynamic growth across capital markets and banking. They’re currently seeking a Vice President of Regulatory Reporting to join their U.S. regulatory reporting team. This role is ideal for a seasoned U.S. GAAP accountant with 10+ years of experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and values visibility, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities: Detailed review of all quarterly Call Reports before submission to the branches and regulatory agencies, i.e. the FFIEC 002 report. Preparation of the following reports, FR2900, FR2420, FR2644, all TIC reports, 019 Country risk reporting. Ability to prepare U.S. GAAP adjusting entries to the various regulatory reports as needed. Respond to the Branches and agencies request for information or supporting documentation with regards to their report filings and examinations. Prepare regulatory reports FRY 7 N, and FR Y 7NS reports. Act as liaison between Paris and the Federal Reserve Bank on the FRY 7 Q filing. Coordinate with internal audit and, or Compliance, the examinations of reports by Federal and State regulators. Perform periodic compliance and industry best practices review on all regulatory reports. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience. Knowledge in AXIOM - preferred. Knowledge of U.S. Regulatory Reporting. CPA - preferred. Seniority level
