Our client is seeking experienced QNXT Configuration Analysts for a long-term contract opportunity within a major healthcare organization. The primary responsibility will be supporting the implementation of Commercial Lines of Business (LOBs) into QNXT and leading configuration efforts across key business functions. This role requires deep operational knowledge in one or more healthcare domains, hands-on experience in QNXT, and a self-starting, solution-oriented mindset. Job Responsibilities: Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams for Commercial LOB implementation into QNXT Elicit, document, and manage business and technical requirements Drive quality initiatives and continuous improvement within assigned operational areas Lead or support project implementations including scope definition, functional analysis, testing, and go-live activities Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for QNXT configuration across operational domains Support front-end and back-end design efforts related to system configuration Perform SQL-based validations and write queries as needed for analysis and support Provide documentation, status reporting, and support cross-functional collaboration to ensure business goals are met Required Skills: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a QNXT Configuration Analyst Proven experience working with Commercial Benefits (Commercial LOBs) – Medicare and Medicaid-only experience will not be accepted Strong project implementation background including requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and operations Working knowledge of healthcare operational domains: Claims/Encounters, Provider/Network, Clinical, Customer Service, Digital, Enrollment, Finance, Sales & Benefits, or Data Migration Must have experience in front-end and back-end configuration and design Proficiency in SQL – ability to write basic to intermediate queries from scratch Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as a self-starter High attention to detail and strong work ethic Preferred Skills: Experience in multiple healthcare functional areas Familiarity with agile project management or business process improvement methodologies Exposure to data migration efforts within healthcare systems Certifications: (Not Specified – Certifications in healthcare IT, QNXT, or SQL are a plus) Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred) Email ID * This field is required Please enter valid emailId.
