General Description The IT Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple related IT projects within a cohesive program to achieve strategic objectives and deliver business value. This role involves coordinating resources, stakeholders, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and digital strategy. The IT Program Manager plays a key role in mitigating risks, monitoring performance, and communicating progress to senior leadership and stakeholders. General Description The IT Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple related IT projects within a cohesive program to achieve strategic objectives and deliver business value. This role involves coordinating resources, stakeholders, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and digital strategy. The IT Program Manager plays a key role in mitigating risks, monitoring performance, and communicating progress to senior leadership and stakeholders. Job Resposibilities Develop and execute change management plans to support program implementation and adoption. Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource plans. Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and financial status. Facilitate decision-making processes and issue resolution to keep projects on track. Implement risk management strategies, including identification, assessment, mitigation, and tracking of risks. Monitor program performance through status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Coordinate resource allocation, prioritize tasks, and balance workloads across the program. Manage cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical leads, and external vendors. Oversee multiple projects within the program, ensuring they meet business objectives and adhere to approved budgets, timelines, and scope. Establish governance standards for program execution, monitoring, and reporting. Required Qualifications, Skills, And Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Technology, or related field and seven (7) years of experience in the airport IT industry. 7+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects. Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Agile certifications, or similar credentials preferred. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Experience managing budgets, resources, and stakeholders effectively.
