This new Director, Talent & HR Business Partnership role is a key part of that vision. Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, you’ll lead a team of HRBPs and partner directly with executive leadership to drive business outcomes through talent strategy. This is a rare opportunity to take on both strategic leadership and hands-on influence across a high-impact, high-visibility HR function. Why This Role? What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a team of HR Business Partners supporting multiple locations Serve as a trusted strategic partner to business leaders, driving talent planning, employee engagement, and workforce initiatives Navigate complex employee relations issues, lead investigations, and ensure compliance across all HR functions Coach managers on leadership practices and team performance Champion culture initiatives, succession planning, and internal communications in partnership with Marketing and site HR Use people data to inform strategy, tell compelling stories, and drive continuous improvement What You Bring 10+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a strategic HRBP or business-aligned HR leadership role Proven track record leading and developing HR teams Strong expertise in employee relations, talent management, and change leadership A collaborative, strategic mindset—able to earn trust at all levels of the business Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or similarly complex environment is a plus Onsite presence in Twinsburg with travel up to 25% Competitive base salary + performance bonus Direct exposure to C-suite leadership and a voice in business decisions Long-term growth opportunities within a company that invests in its people Sound like a fit?
