Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Taskr Job Title: ERP Project Manager Employment Type: Full-Time *No 3rd Party's *No C2C About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive ERP Project Manager to lead and deliver a critical ERP implementation project for our client based in Saco, Maine. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills across multiple business functions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end project lifecycle — from requirements gathering and vendor coordination to go-live and post-implementation support. The successful candidate will be onsite 3 to 4 days per week and play a pivotal role in aligning ERP functionality with operational goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the ERP implementation project Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into ERP system specifications Work with ERP vendors and system integrators to ensure successful configuration and deployment Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams including IT, operations, finance, and supply chain Facilitate user training, change management, and system adoption Monitor post-go-live performance and oversee continuous improvement efforts Provide regular status updates to senior leadership Requirements Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager (implementation experience essential) Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Sage, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar Exceptional project management skills with proficiency in tools like MS Project, Jira, or similar Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Ability to work on-site in Saco, Maine 3–4 days per week PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus Strong manufacturing experience with knowledge of MRP & BOM'S Experience in the food production or manufacturing industry Familiarity with FDA compliance, traceability, or batch processing systems Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Project Management Industries Technology, Information and Media and IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Taskr by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Enterprise Resources Planning Project Manager” roles.
