Responsible for maintaining the proper, good condition and functionality of GPC buildings, common areas and grounds. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains property including but not limited to offices, production areas, public areas, grounds and equipment Ensures all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely, cost-effective manner and according to all specifications. Maintains organization’s physical operations including but not limited to refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, kitchen equipment, emergency generators, plumbing, water treatment, and electric systems. Maintains grounds as needed by mowing, trimming and manicuring lawns, flower beds and other landscaping. Interacts with appropriate staff/managers to receive information regarding maintenance needs; ensures timely response to requests. May assist in securing outside contractors if needed Assists Compliance Coordinator to ensure property is in compliance with all safety and sanitation policies, procedures, and regulations. Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of city and state building codes, OSHA requirements, and ADA laws; implements OSHA and ADA guidelines and programs. Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of ventilation/air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other generally accepted maintenance skills. Manages expenses within approved budget constraints and seeks required approval as necessary. Prepares accurate and timely reports as required. Provide courier services to and from clinics as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED. Three to five years’ experience in facilities maintenance. Knowledge of ventilation/air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other generally accepted maintenance skills. Knowledge of city and state building codes, OSHA requirements, and ADA laws. Current non-restricted Driver’s License and proof of Liability Car Insurance

Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions Creative, flexible, and innovative team player Bilingual skills a plus. Ability to understand any and all safety requirements and cautions Ability to perform the physical labor necessary
