Now Hiring: 3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic Location: Lititz, PA Shift: 3rd Shift | Full-Time Pay: $28-$33/ hr DOE Allegiance Staffing is hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician for a food production facility in Lititz, PA. This role is essential to keeping operations running efficiently by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment—including electrical systems and welding when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all plant equipment Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems Conduct electrical diagnostics and repairs, including motors and drives Support line changeovers in bakery and packaging areas Assist with oven startup and collaborate with bakers and supervisors Perform welding repairs as needed Complete lubrication and routine adjustments Follow all OSHA safety regulations and internal safety protocols Maintain equipment logs and complete daily assignments from the Maintenance Supervisor Support food safety and quality initiatives across the plant Requirements:
2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environment Solid understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems Basic welding experience required (RPM and Hayssen machine experience preferred) Comfortable working in warm environments and enclosed spaces Proficiency in using hand and power tools Strong communication skills and ability to follow written instructions in English High level of adaptability and attention to detail Knowledge, or willingness to learn, PLCs for electrical Why Join Us?
