Job Description Job Overview: As an SAP Supply Chain Systems Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting material management, inventory management, demand forecasting, master data, and analytics solutions with a deep understanding of SAP systems. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business units, recommending and delivering innovative solutions to business problems. You should have a thorough knowledge of SAP's integrated supply chain offerings, including data, transactions, relationships, integrations, and architecture. Your role will add value by partnering with business units to deliver process, people, and technology solutions that drive cost savings, efficiencies, reduce external spend, and enhance shareholder value. You will engage daily with business leadership and subject matter experts within the Engineering, Construction, & Integrated Supply Chain (ECSC) group at NextEra Energy. Additionally, you'll explore use cases and apply innovative technologies such as AI, advanced analytics, and enterprise data. This position offers opportunities to acquire new skills, work across disciplines, face new challenges, and develop industry-wide understanding. Primary Responsibilities: IT Product Owner: Expertise in SAP Supply Chain modules—material management, MRP, inventory, logistics; understanding of functionalities, integrations, and roadmaps. Data Steward: Collaborate with Data Owners to define, implement, and monitor data policies ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Solution Delivery: Ensure timely, within-budget delivery of IT programs/projects supporting ECSC, managing escalations and complex configurations. Strategic Leadership: Develop and recommend innovative SAP-based IT solutions, incorporating AI and other advanced tools. Business Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with supply chain business partners at all levels. Fiduciary Responsibility: Manage budgets to maximize shareholder value, balancing demands with ROI and cost/benefit analyses. Leadership: Lead teams supporting capital projects and system support, including training, mentoring, staffing, and conflict resolution. Required Technical and Professional Expertise: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 8+ years of overall experience 3+ years of supervisory/management experience 5+ years of project management experience Deep expertise in S/4 HANA ERP and supply chain modules Hands-on experience with MM, MRP, EWM as a consultant or architect Knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including integration with MM and SD Participation in at least 2-3 full SAP ERP implementations Additional Qualifications: Masters or MBA preferred SAP certifications in MM, EWM, SD Expertise in SAP APO and AI technologies Experience with SAP integrations (e.g., Tax Software, Ariba, GEP Smart, Coupa) Experience with ECC to S/4 migration and Agile methodologies Knowledge of GAAP and SOX regulations Powered by JazzHR RzuX7Zi2Vy #J-18808-Ljbffr
