The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to Human Resources. Support includes, but is not limited to, daily office operations, customer service, benefits, employee relations, recruitment, pre-employment process and new hire on-boarding. All employees are expected to be knowledgeable and committed to AnMed's values and guiding behaviors.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintains accurate and up to date HR files, records and documentation. Provides administrative support to department staff to include typing, filing and scheduling appointments. Provides courteous and prompt assistance to visitors and teammates. Answers phone lines and routes incoming calls appropriately. Assists candidates and teammates with frequently asked questions relative to standard policies, benefits, recruitment process; refers more complex questions to appropriate team member or management. Maintains office supplies. Assumes other tasks as needed and assists with special departmental projects as assigned. Qualifications:

Requires HSD or GED with a minimum of two (2) years administrative support experience. Associates Degree preferred. Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows application to include MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and other guests on a daily basis. Organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks required. Benefits*:
