Our client is a well-established
Home Health and Hospice
organization. They have a current opening for a
Director of Clinical Services
for their growing Hospice location in the
Kalamazoo County, IN
area. A Registered Nurse is with Medicare Hospice experience is a must. Supervisory experience is preferred but a strong field nurse / case manager ready to step into a management role will be considered. This person will lead an interdisciplinary clinical team.
Director of Clinical Services Job Requirements
Medicare Hospice leadership experience as an RN. Excellent understanding of state/federal Hospice regulations. Strong clinical skills
Director of Clinical Services Job Responsibilities
Manage clinical team. Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations. Hire, train, mentor staff. Do patient visits if necessary.

An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
