Through the NJ4S Union Hub, we provide a range of prevention and intervention services to support youth and families across Union County.

bout the Opportunity The NJ4S Union Hub is seeking Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LCADCs) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors (CADC’s) to join our network of contracted professionals. As a contracted LCADC, you will provide critical support to youth with moderate to severe substance use concerns. This includes clinical assessments, group counseling, psychoeducational services, and other evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities (As Needed): Conduct clinical assessments to determine appropriate level of care Provide group counseling sessions for up to 8 youth per session Facilitate

didactic or evidence-based psychoeducation presentations LCADCs may review and sign off on CADC assessments to ensure clinical compliance

Compensation is based on services provided as follows: Service LCADC Rate Clinical Assessment $300 per assessment Assessment Review/Sign-Off (for CADC) $150 per assessment Group Counseling (1 hour, up to 8 youth) $270 per group EBP Presentation / Didactic Psychoeducation $150 per presentation

Qualifications Active New Jersey LCADC/CADC license in good standing Experience working with adolescents and/or youth in a clinical or school-based setting Knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices for SUD Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Strong documentation and clinical writing skills Evening and weekend availability

Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish or another commonly spoken language in Union County Familiarity with NJ4S framework and trauma-informed care

Compensation details:

100-270 Hourly Wage
