Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced

Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in the QAD Cloud environment , specifically within the Manufacturing and Distribution modules, to support ongoing and future enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring 10-15 years of hands-on experience in QAD environments, working closely with cross-functional teams in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and finance to improve business processes, enhance system capabilities, and drive value through technology.

This individual will serve as a liaison between business users and IT, providing analytical support, process design, functional configuration, and guidance on best practices within QAD.

Key Responsibilities Act as subject matter expert (SME) on QAD modules, with a focus on

Manufacturing (MFG/PRO), Distribution, and Supply Chain

processes. Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using QAD functionality. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and work with technical teams to implement solutions. Lead and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders. Support configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities. Partner with operations, production planning, procurement, warehouse, and shipping teams to align QAD capabilities with operational needs. Document business process flows, system enhancements, and training materials. Manage change requests, system updates, and integrations related to QAD. Act as a key resource during QAD upgrades, migrations, or module implementations. Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for QAD users. Collaborate with development teams on enhancements using

AUX (Adaptive UX)

and participate in designing user-friendly, cloud-ready screens and workflows. Support and optimize the integration of Eagle scanning software

with QAD for real-time data capture on the shop floor and in the warehouse. Liaise with operations teams to ensure scanning processes are aligned with inventory, production, and shipping workflows. Required Qualifications

10-15 years of experience working with QAD ERP , with at least 7 years focused on Manufacturing and Distribution modules. Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience in discrete or process manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (MRP, production, inventory control, warehousing, order management). Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with

AUX (Adaptive UX)

development and configuration within QAD Cloud environments. Working knowledge of Eagle scanning software , including its use in manufacturing and warehouse operations, and its integration points with QAD. Experience in business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate workshops and training sessions. Proficiency in writing functional specs, test scripts, and user documentation. Familiarity with QAD EE and related tools (e.g., QXtend). Familiarity with Progress PRO2SQL. Solid grasp of integration concepts between QAD and other enterprise systems (e.g., MES, WMS, TMS, finance applications). Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in

food & beverage, CPG, or regulated manufacturing

environments. Understanding of compliance and traceability requirements. Familiarity with Cyberquery is a plus. Hands-on experience with QAD Cloud ERP, including

AUX framework for personalization, screen modifications, or new UI development . Project management experience or formal training (Agile, PMP, etc.). Travel Requirement

Travel will be required to manufacturing sites or regional offices (25%-30%).
