Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

Salesforce Developer

to join our firm. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Salesforce CRM(s) to enhance advisor workflows, improve client engagement, and support firm growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce development, automation, and integration with financial services tools like Orion, eMoney, and other wealth management platforms.

Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development & Customization Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs). Customize objects, fields, layouts, and record types to enhance advisor usability. Integration & Data Management

Integrate Salesforce with third-party financial applications (e.g., Orion, eMoney, DocuSign) Develop and manage API integrations, ensuring secure and efficient data transfers. Support data imports, deduplication, and cleansing processes to maintain CRM data integrity. User Support & Training

Collaborate with advisors, client service associates, and operations teams to understand CRM needs and develop scalable solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues while providing ongoing support. Train end-users on best practices and new Salesforce features. Optimization & Reporting

Design and implement custom reports, dashboards, and analytics tools for advisors and firm leadership. Improve platform performance by optimizing queries, workflows, and automation. Maintain system security, access controls, and user permissions. Qualifications & Skills Required: 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, preferably in an RIA or financial services firm. Strong expertise in

Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL . Experience with

Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and declarative automation . Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications. Knowledge of

data modeling, object relationships, and security best practices . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities. Preferred:

Salesforce

Platform Developer I or II

certification. Experience with

wealth management tech stacks . Familiarity with

Sales Engagement, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce tools . Experience with

Alteryx
