Job Title: Senior Segment Marketing Specialist

Location: 100% remote, United States- must work PST hours Duration: 6+ month contract- 40 hours/weekly Pay Rate: $45.00-$50.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Works cross-functionally to execute high-impact, multi-channel campaigns ensuring seamless execution and delivery. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral that aligns with the campaign brief and objectives • Tracks campaign performance, analyzes data and provides actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization. • Manages relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution and performance tracking • Implements tracking mechanisms and utilizes analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance. • Partners with our Digital Marketing team to execute Social, SEM and SEO/GEO campaigns and identify opportunities for campaign optimizations as needed. • Prepare and present comprehensive campaign reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting the key findings and recommendations. • Track monthly campaign spend to budget and process invoices for payment

Qualifications:

• 6+ years as a campaign manager, marketing manager or a similar role • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business or related field • Proven experience in campaign management with a track record of successfully executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. • Understanding of digital marketing techniques and platforms including but not limited to Google ads, Bing, programmatic, Meta, LinkedIn and Reddit. • Expert knowledge of UTMS for campaign tracking and reporting and analytics tools including GA4 and Adobe Analytics. • Proficiency in use of analytics tools including GA4 and Adobe Analytics to measure and report on campaign performance • Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in the relevant software such as Microsoft Office • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners

Desired Skills:

• Insurance and/or health care experience preferred • Familiarity with Adobe Workfront project management tool • Experience with Sales Force Marketing Cloud campaign development
