Commercial Construction Superintendent
to join their team in Layton, Utah. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex ground-up builds from start to finish, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
What You'll Do as the Commercial Construction Superintendent:
Oversee day-to-day site operations from groundbreaking to final inspection
Develop and manage project schedules to keep builds on track
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections
Monitor quality control and adherence to project plans and specifications
Facilitate clear communication between project stakeholders
Manage punch lists and ensure timely project closeout
Must-Haves as the Commercial Construction Superintendent:
5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 2 years in a superintendent role
Proven ability to manage large-scale, ground-up projects
Strong working knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and regulations
Proficiency in Office 365, Procore, and project management tools
Valid driver's license and ability to work in varying site conditions
OSHA-30 certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
Nice-to-Haves as the Commercial Construction Superintendent:
Experience with multiple build types including steel, wood, tilt-wall, and CMU
Procore certification
Background in medical, automotive, or senior living facility construction

Competitive salary range of $70,000–$105,000, DOE
