We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact. As a Sr Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment, components, or systems. You will also be involved in the research and development of new technologies and methods that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Responsibilities:

* Design, develop and test electrical equipment and systems, ensuring they meet company standards and guidelines. * Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements. * Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks. * Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements. * Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards. * Plan and implement research methodology and procedures to apply principles of electrical theory to engineering projects. * Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment. * Supervise and train project team members as necessary. * Investigate and test vendors' and competitors' products. * Oversee project production efforts to assure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget. * Maintain and improve knowledge of electrical codes and standards, including Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required. Advanced degrees are a plus. * A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role. * Proven experience with Authorities Having Jurisdiction. * Proficiency in using computer software and applications necessary for the job. * Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems. * Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to oversee projects from conception to completion. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex concepts and solutions to team members and clients. * A professional engineering (PE) license is preferred. * Must be detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask. * Strong commitment to safety and quality standards. * Ability to work independently and in a team environment. * Must be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
