Were looking for a
Project Manager with experience in custom home construction
to join our growing team and help lead projects from pre-construction through completion.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing custom home or residential construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, permitting, and building codes
Proven experience managing high-end custom home builds
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in construction management software (e.g., BuilderTrend, CoConstruct, Procore)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
