Sr. UX/UI Designer
Insight Global is seeking a remote Sr. UX/UI Designer to join an incredible team leading a major public health technology initiative. This individual will be responsible for working closely with the UX/CX team to produce human-centered user interface design for a suite of highly visible products/applications. Working closely alongside a team of researchers and user experience designers, the UI Designer will take customer requirements and translate them into functional UI design patterns and wireframes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI design with an emphasis on accessibility and human-centered design. Additional responsibilities include: Work closely with both internal and customer stakeholders to keep UX/CX strategy aligned. Translate user stories/requirements and feedback into user interface design. Leverage design tools such as Figma to create visual design elements. Participate in agile development cycle to iterate visual design roadmap. Manage and maintain design backlog based on project priorities. Align closely with UX research team to enable close collaboration. Travel occasionally to meet in-person with customer and internal teams.
