What You Will Accomplish Here
This is a fast-paced, dynamic position and an ideal fit for someone who thrives on supporting a team to centralize efforts and streamline processes. You will support our Marketing team by assisting with employing traditional, digital, and social media marketing strategies to engage our customers, including manufacturers, regulators and operators within the gambling industry.
This position will effectively support their team by focusing on the following:
Planning and Executing Marketing Programs
Acts as a liaison between cross functional teams to implement marketing campaigns Works closely with management in the support and execution of marketing strategy plans Participates, as assigned, in tradeshows, conferences, and roundtables Supports the marketing communications team by trafficking projects, tasks, and deliverables using project management software Assists in execution of multiple projects, campaigns, and timelines simultaneously across multiple verticals Assists with creation/updates of forms, surveys, and campaigns (Microsoft Dynamics) Assists with email marketing development and execution (Microsoft Dynamics) Provides support as needed in the execution of social media posts across multiple platforms Assists with data entry, as needed Conducts creative asset proofing, including images and copy Completes digital filing and organization Prepares and updates presentations Assists with marketing campaign data collection and analytics reporting Proofs internal websites to ensure accuracy and consistency
Education, Experience And Skills
A minimum of two (2) years of previous digital marketing experience or in a related position is required Proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights and WordPress is a plus, but not required Experience with Monday.com, Hootsuite, WordPress, , and design platforms such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are a plus but not required Must have project and process management skills, including the ability to manage long and short-term projects simultaneously Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube is preferred Must be able to work independently. Must have the ability to effectively read, write, and speak English fluently to communicate with other members of the team and clients. Must have the ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines. Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
Location:
This is an in-person, full-time position based out of our Las Vegas, NV office
Schedule:
Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
Pay:
$23-$24/hour
Travel:
Up to 10% domestic travel may be required, such as to tradeshows or events.
