Finger Lakes Addiction Counseling and Referral Agency Inc Clifton Springs, NY (Onsite) Full-Time $62,000 - $64,000/Year Job Title: Clinical Supervisor Addictions Crisis Center Residential Program Location: Clifton Springs, NY Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt Schedule: Tuesday Saturday, 8 AM - 4 PM | On-call rotation required | Occasional evenings/weekends as needed Job Summary: The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations of FLACRA's ACC Residential Program, providing direct oversight and support to the residential counseling staff. This position plays a key role in supervising service delivery, ensuring clinical quality, supporting recovery goals, and maintaining compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards. The Clinical Supervisor will also provide training, mentorship, and leadership to staff while actively supporting resident needs through comprehensive and individualized care. Required Qualifications: CASAC certification (required) Minimum of three years of clinical experience in substance use disorder treatment Valid NYS Driver's License Preferred Qualifications: Experience supervising clinical or residential staff Strong understanding of OASAS regulations and documentation standards Knowledge of community-based recovery services and systems of care Skills & Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to supervise, motivate, and develop a clinical team Strong problem-solving, time management, and crisis management skills Cultural competency and the ability to engage respectfully with diverse populations Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems Team-oriented with a commitment to recovery-focused care Job Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Supervision: Provide routine clinical supervision, coaching, and support to residential staff Evaluate staff performance, conduct audits, and ensure accountability in service delivery Participate in the on-call rotation and provide crisis intervention when necessary Assist with recruitment, screening, and interviewing of prospective staff Train new and existing staff in core clinical competencies and documentation practices Client Care & Coordination: Oversee individualized treatment planning and recovery goal implementation Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assess level of care for residents Assist clients in life skills development including budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and safety awareness Support residents with emotional, behavioral, and therapeutic challenges using role modeling and strength-based approaches Program Operations & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely completion of case records and clinical documentation Maintain compliance with OASAS standards, FLACRA policies, and confidentiality regulations Participate in staff meetings, in-service trainings, and inter-agency collaborations Monitor daily residential operations and ensure the environment is safe, clean, and supportive Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with referral sources, community agencies, and service providers Participate in community events and training programs to promote program awareness Other Duties: Participate in program planning and quality improvement efforts Perform other tasks as assigned by program leadership About Us: Finger Lakes Area Counseling and Recovery Agency (FLACRA) is a growing, not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and substance use treatment services throughout the Finger Lakes Region.
