Location: Atlanta, GA, USA Length and terms: Long term - W2 or C2C Position created on 08/12/2025 04:32 pm Job Overview: We are seeking a Sr. Cloud Developer / Sr. Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in AWS, Java, and modern application development frameworks to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of experience in backend development, API architecture, and full-stack delivery, with strong skills in AWS serverless services, container platforms, and front-end frameworks like Angular. This role involves leading the development of data streaming, API-driven, and cloud transformation projects supporting mission-critical business applications. Candidates need to have: Java Development: 12+ years of hands-on experience. Spring Boot / Quarkus: 12+ years of experience. API Development: 10+ years of experience. AWS (Serverless, ROSA/OpenShift, ElastiCache, Aurora, PostgreSQL): 5+ years of experience. TypeScript/JavaScript: 3+ years of experience. Angular: 3+ years of experience. Git CI/CD & CodePipeline: 3+ years of experience. Oracle: 2+ years of experience. Key Responsibilities: Cloud & Application Development Design and implement modular, scalable architectures for cloud transformation, data streaming, and API products. Develop and maintain APIs and data delivery services for operational and analytical systems. Build and support cloud-native, data-centric products using AWS, Java, and modern frameworks. Technical Execution & Delivery Develop solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus, Angular, TypeScript, and related technologies. Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git and AWS CodePipeline. Utilize AWS services including Serverless (Lambda), ROSA/OpenShift, ElastiCache, Aurora (PostgreSQL). Integrate backend systems with Oracle and other databases. Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and vendor partners to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and solution documentation. Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, communicating impacts and priorities to leadership. Quality & Standards Ensure solutions align with coding standards, security best practices, and design goals. Participate in automated testing and continuous delivery workflows. Document technical solutions in diagrams and written form for cross-team communication.
