Desktop Support Analyst
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to provide reliable technical support to end-users and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems. In this role, you will address hardware, software, and network-related issues while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a contract-to-permanent position based in Stockton, California. Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, printers, and other IT equipment. Manage user accounts, including password resets and access permissions. Document support activities and ensure proper escalation of complex problems. Provide guidance and training to end-users on IT systems and tools. Conduct routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal system performance. Collaborate with other IT teams to address system-wide concerns and improvements. Monitor and respond promptly to support requests through ticketing systems. Requirements: Proven experience in IT support, including troubleshooting Windows, Mac, or Linux systems. Familiarity with Active Directory for user account management. Strong knowledge of desktop and computer hardware components. Understanding of basic networking principles and protocols. Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft 365. Excellent communication skills and ability to solve technical problems effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
