Desktop Engineer Opportunity
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Desktop Engineer to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in desktop engineering and hands-on experience across a range of technologies. The position requires onsite presence five days a week during the contract period, with increased flexibility available upon transition to full-time employment. Responsibilities: Manage and support desktop environments to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows 10 environments. Deploy and maintain systems using tools such as Active Directory and PowerShell. Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support across the organization. Required Skills: Desktop support and engineering Windows 10 Active Directory Hardware troubleshooting PowerShell scripting Office 365 Help desk and technical support Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop engineering or a related field. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A collaborative mindset and commitment to innovation and excellence.
