Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients and other stakeholders Manages the day-to-day relationship with clients Conduct research, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations and guidance to clients on a range of issues Develop technical materials, such as guides, fact sheets, and presentations to promote change management initiatives Analyze highly technical information in areas such as business and project planning Identify risks, anticipate points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns Develop, reviews and/or approve methods to monitor and measure risk, compliance, and assurance efforts Develop and execute work plans, manage project teams, and monitor progress against milestones Ensure alignment between project outcomes and client expectations, facilitating smooth handover and adoption of solutions Mentor junior staff members to provide guidance and support in their professional growth and development Conduct feasibility studies to assess potential solutions and implementation approaches Documenting requirements and specifications in accordance with SOPs Formulating and defining system scope and objectives based on user needs. Qualifications and Experience :
Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related field required Minimum of 8 years' experience in healthcare consulting or relevant field required CGRC/CAP, CASP+, Cloud+, PenTest+, Security+, GSEC, or similar certification required Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading complex projects required Ability to communicate complex ideas and recommendations to stakeholders required Experience with healthcare technology and data analytics preferred Familiarity with consulting methodologies and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) preferred Demonstrated thought leadership in healthcare management consulting, including published articles, speaking engagements, and participation in professional organizations preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL4 certification required
Work Authorization/Security Clearance :
This position requires the employee to be a US Citizen and may require the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Work Environment :
Work will be done in an office setting/environment and will need to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment. The person in this role will need to have the ability to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time and occasionally will need to move about inside an office environment. This position frequently communicates with other employees and external stakeholders. The person needs to have the ability to accurately exchange information in these settings
