5+ years of experience in P&C Insurance, including current projects for US clients
Expertise in requirement analysis, gathering, and documentation
Experience in requirement gathering of integrated systems with Policy Admin systems
Desired: strong knowledge of broker submission flow and policy forms such as Accord, Loss Run, SOV, etc.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in writing business requirements and functional specifications
Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC
Experience with UI/design specifications and wireframes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
Waterfall and Agile business analysis experience preferred
Strong communication and writing skills
Responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
Responsible for planning and producing artifacts to represent business requirements effectively
Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recommending potential solutions
Define system scope and objectives based on user needs and understanding of business processes
