Annual Bonus Top-Tier Asset Management firm in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking an Information Technology Project Manager for a full-time position! Responsibilities Responsible for leading and delivering a variety of technology initiatives across infrastructure, application development, and data platforms. Ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities, while fostering strong collaboration across IT and business teams Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and communication strategies. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate appropriately when needed. Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, status updates, and stakeholder reporting. Ensure alignment with enterprise IT and cybersecurity standards, governance practices, and change management protocols. Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience. 7+ or more years of experience managing technical or enterprise IT projects in a professional environment. Experience working in financial services or asset management. PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications. Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM), change management, and vendor coordination. Knowledge of systems such as Snowflake, Salesforce, Charles River, or cloud platforms like Azure. Demonstrated success managing cross-functional initiatives involving infrastructure, applications, or data systems. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management software tools and Microsoft Office products. Working knowledge of project management frameworks such as Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches. Seniority level
