Purchasing Storeroom Clerk
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Storeroom Clerk who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The Storeroom Clerk is an essential member of our Purchasing team. The applicant must be motivated, detail-oriented, and interested in the Purchasing aspect of our property. Responsibilities: Issue liquor requisitions, and assist with sorting and distributing packages when needed. Maintain efficient communication with the Director of Purchasing and the Receiving Coordinator, ensuring to notify them when liquor needs to be reordered, and when invoices have been received. Maintain accurate communication with vendors, including but not limited to informing them of any inconsistencies or bad product. Consistently check email, responding to vendors and other staff members in a reasonable time frame. Responsible for putting away orders in a timely and efficient manner. Complete walk through of the back of house and dry storage areas. Ensure loading dock is clean and organized. Must be willing and able to perform all tasks outlined in the attached job description document. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. Applicants are highly recommended to have previous experience in a luxury Resort setting. Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States. Benefits!
