Billing Analyst
A utility company is looking for a Billing Analyst to join their team! The Billing Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to our customers, analyzing billing data, and resolving billing discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of billing processes, and a commitment to maintaining excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include: Data Analysis: Analyze billing data to ensure accuracy and identify trends, discrepancies, or opportunities for process improvement. Reconciliation: Reconcile billing data with financial records, working closely with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate revenue reporting. Customer Support: Assist customers with billing inquiries, disputes, and payment arrangements, providing high-quality customer service. System Management: Maintain and update billing systems and software, ensuring data integrity and troubleshooting technical issues as needed. This is a hybrid role, and the individual will need to be onsite 3 days a week, moving to 4 days a week in January 2026.
