This position performs a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures and tasks required to ensure the assigned area(s) run smoothly and provides for the physical and psychological needs of patients during examination. Supports the organization in fulfilling the mission, vision, and values of Logan Health. Your Role: As a Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Tech), you'll perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures and play a vital role in providing safe, accurate imaging services that assist with diagnosis and treatment. Your expertise, compassion, and attention to detail will ensure that patients feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their experience. What You'll Do: Perform diagnostic imaging exams following department protocols and ALARA principles. Assess and support patients physically and emotionally before, during, and after imaging procedures. Collaborate with providers and radiology team members to ensure accurate imaging and patient care. Assist with exam preparation, venipuncture (as applicable), and post-procedure instructions. Ensure timely documentation, image quality assurance, and protocol compliance. Monitor and report any equipment issues or safety concerns to leadership. Maintain a clean, stocked, and safe imaging environment. What You'll Need: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program (required). ARRT Certification in Radiology (required). Montana State Radiologic Technologist License (required). Current BLS CPR certification (RQI Responder) (required). Knowledge of radiology protocols, equipment, and patient prep techniques. Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills. Team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient care.
