Senior Business Systems Analyst And Developer
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Senior Business Systems Analyst and Developer to support our customer, USPS and their Logistics Tech Services Group. This position is fully remote. The Logistics Tech Services (L&V TS) group is positioned to provide the following support to the USPS business groups within Logistics, Transportation Strategies, Mail Processing, Engineering Systems, and others: Oversees the strategy, programs, and integration of business systems solutions for technology applications. Oversees the planning, design, development, acquisition, integration, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of integrated business systems solutions for managed services. Directs the development of systems, application solutions, integrated environment development, and automated testing. Oversees the evaluation of trends and implementation of recommendations to improve and resolve discrepancies. Responsibilities include: coordinating with developers and service providers to ensure availability and task assignments, defining project requirements, designing computer solutions, maintaining system protocols, providing direction to development and testing scrum teams, and more. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree with 8+ years of system business analysis and development experience, and the ability to maintain a USPS Public Trust clearance.
