About the job:
Lead the development, optimization, and scaling of manufacturing and test processes for complex electronics used in industrial and semiconductor equipment. This role oversees a high-performing team, supports production, and ensures smooth transitions to contract manufacturing.
We're looking for someone who:
Has 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, including 3+ years in leadership Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering Has hands-on experience with PCBA manufacturing, process documentation, and test equipment Understands Lean manufacturing, DFx, and ISO 9001 standards Can work cross-functionally with R&D, design, and test engineering teams Has excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills Has experience with NPI and contract manufacturer (CM) transfer processes What you'll do:
Develop and document manufacturing and test processes Troubleshoot daily production issues and drive quality improvements Lead pilot builds and scale processes for volume production Collaborate on test strategy and equipment qualification Transfer processes and equipment to external contract manufacturers Implement Lean and Six Sigma practices to improve yield, cost, and throughput Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across operations
