MacOS Systems Administrator

The MacOS Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and administering MacOS utilizing JAMF Pro. Responsibilities
Administering and maintaining macOS. Managing JAMF Pro installations residing on Windows servers. Including installing new software releases, system upgrades, evaluating and installing patches, and resolving software-related problems. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent. 4+ years of demonstrated experience managing and administering endpoints (e.g., MacOS) and JAMF Pro Enterprise Mobility Management tool, including installing new software releases, system upgrades, evaluating and installing patches, and resolving software-related problems. 2+ years of demonstrated experience managing and administering JAMF Pro hosted on Windows Servers. MacOS Administrator Certification (e.g., Apple Platform Certification, JAMF Certified Tech, JAMF Certified Admin, JAMF Certified Expert, etc.) is required. Windows Administrator Certification (e.g., Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, MS Azure Administrator certification, etc.) is preferred. T2 Security Investigation. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency in developing, maintaining, scripting, automating, and coding in a secure manner. Demonstrated experience providing support and troubleshooting of macOS endpoints and the JAMF Pro solution. Experience performing system backups and recovery. Demonstrate experience performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills. Experience maintaining data files and monitoring system configuration to ensure data integrity. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
