Overview
As a SR. PRODUCT MANAGER, RETAIL SPORTSBOOK at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you are here to build and scale in-person sportsbook experiences across our portfolio of hardware at physical Retail Sportsbooks. The Senior Product Manager will work on building features, product requirements, roadmap priorities, and data-driven product features to create a best-in-class sports betting and gaming product experience for users.
Responsibilities Gather product requirements, write detailed features, and execute on product roadmap objectives for our hardware Use data and research to drive insights and recommendations to the FBG product roadmap, leveraging lessons learned from our unique sites Be a passionate subject matter expert on FBG products and the real money gaming and sports/entertainment industry Develop a deep understanding of the FBG hardware products, customer base, and the unique position of FBG in the gaming and sports industry Effectively communicate and partner with Engineering on a daily basis Track and analyze key KPIs (e.g. handle, GGR, wagering volume, promo effectiveness) to measure product impact and guide the roadmap Partner with UX design team to ensure the product designs scale to the multiple hardware device types supported by the retail sportsbook Think through and articulate user flows, edge-cases and user journeys that produce unparalleled product quality and experiences for users Work closely with Operations, Engineering & Design, and Analytics to understand user preferences and product successes and failures, integrating these learnings into feature decisions on the product roadmap Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming Retail Sportsbooks, offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team building activities. Qualifications
5+ years' experience as a Product Manager, preferably in an agile, B2C digital native app focused product organization Strong analytical ability, comfortable with data- and user-driven decision-making Comfort managing regulatory, compliance, and promotional requirements Collaborative personality, with an ability to seamlessly work cross-functionally across Operations, Compliance & Risk teams at Fanatics Deep passion for sports, gaming, and entertainment products that drives empathetic and thoughtful product decisions affecting end users Warrior mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done Excellent communication skills, with an ability to simply and clearly articulate product decisions and value propositions to leadership
Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $140,000 to $170,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed). Launched in 2021, Fanatics Betting and Gaming is the online and retail sports betting subsidiary of Fanatics, a global digital sports platform. The Fanatics Sportsbook is available to 95% of the addressable online sports bettor market in the U.S. Fanatics Casino is currently available online in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Fanatics Betting and Gaming operates twenty-two retail sports betting locations, including the only sportsbook inside an NFL stadium at Northwest Stadium. Fanatics Betting and Gaming is headquartered in New York with offices in Denver, Leeds and Dublin.
