Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and feedback.
Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our service.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field are a plus.
Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
