Job Description: 100% Onsite / Must have Active Secret Clearance
The Client is seeking an Associate Support Integration Specialist primarily support the Apache Government Training Systems but has the potential to support additional training systems platforms such as F-15 and Apache. Support activities will include providing data development for integrated support subsystems, assisting in the development of support program plans and schedules, validating standard deliverables and supporting trade studies for platform subsystems. In addition, the Support Planning and Management Specialist researches, documents and provides technical information and supports the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure.
Position Responsibilities: • Estimate, plan and execute the logistics work statement • Manages and monitors support engineering data development (provisioning) • Manage customer's spare hardware requirements • Develop and maintain documentation per the Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs) • Assist with hardware obsolescence • Manage the Return of Repairable (ROR) process • Interface with internal and external customers • Develop operational procedures for spares management, inventory, ROR requirements, etc.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location option. (Hazelwood, MO)
This position requires a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Excellent written/verbal communication skills Must have 3 years' experience with working in a team environment with a variety of stakeholders and teammates Minimum of 3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Minimum of 3 years' logistics experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's Degree Experience in the aviation industry Experience in Project Management Experience working on provisioning (SLICwave) requirements Experience with CMPRO, BESSy, & GOLDesp Military
Education / Experience: Typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.
