We are currently seeking a Senior Medicaid Technical Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas, United States. The successful candidate will work as part of a team providing Business Operations Support (BOS) for a state Medicaid Program. Working under the direction of the team manager, they will actively participate in the delivery of tasks/activities around Medicaid financial processes, data analysis and associated Federal Financial Reporting areas. In collaboration with other NTT DATA consultants, the selected candidate will work directly with state business staff and vendors to support the analysis, planning, design, and UAT, implementation and evaluation of key system changes, projects, and processes to help the client achieve organizational goals and ensure compliance with CMS regulations and reporting. Job Responsibilities Include: Review project artifacts/deliverables throughout the system development life cycle for quality, compliance, and completeness, document observations and findings using project team processes and standards Creating and generating DSS reports, analyzing and interpreting data to assist with decisions and actions needed in the TMSIS, MARs, and Federal Financial Reporting areas of Medicaid Interface with state business users and vendors Analyze technical, business and user needs, developing requirements documentation Identify and report project issues and risks Research and provide recommendations to the client on business problems/decisions Collaborate with team members to provide subject matter expertise and assistance Ensure project identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed Develop and execute test cases Develop and present formal presentations to business leaders, vendors, and team members, making applicable recommendations Participate and/or lead in the creation of presentations and other materials for end user training Required Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience supporting or developing Public or Private Health Care systems Minimum 8 years of experience supporting MARs, TMSIS, Medicaid Federal Reporting, or DSS Minimum 6 years of experience supporting large, complex Medicaid system implementation projects or Medicaid Financial business operations Minimum 5 year of experience with state budget and expenditure reporting for Medicaid Minimum 3 years of experience conducting reviews of financial documentation, federal reporting requirements, and artifacts Undergraduate degree or 4 years additional relevant experience Preferred Skills: Experience translating Federal and State Financial regulations into working requirements that are actionable by technical teams Experience working with Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) vendors Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $89,920- $120,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
