Associate Director, Patient Analytics

Reporting to the Executive Director, Market Access I&A, the Associate Director, Patient Analytics role will provide insights and analyses to the Market Access Reimbursement, Patient Support Services and Trade teams supporting our Immunology brand. The successful candidate will drive program analytics, integrate AI technology into existing and new processes, and perform other business partnering and decision-support activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about data and has a deep understanding of the data and analytics associated with the patient reimbursement adherence journey, as well as patient support service programs. A Typical Day Might Look Like This: Develop Predictive Analytic Solutions:

Lead the design and implement advanced predictive analytics models to identify trends and provide actionable insights that support patients during the reimbursement journey, ensuring timely conversion to paid therapy. Focus on Causal AI for Patient Adherence:

Lead the development of innovative Causal AI solutions aimed at improving patient adherence to prescribed therapies by identifying factors influencing adherence and delivering targeted recommendations. Deliver Data-Driven Insights:

Provide stakeholders across Reimbursement Management, Patient Support Services and Trade Distribution Teams, with actionable, data-driven recommendations to enhance patient outcomes and streamline processes. Specialty Data Collaboration:

Partner with the Specialty Data Management team to ensure data is tailored to meet the analytical needs of stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning. Internal Business Partnership:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their business questions, perform data analysis to find answers, and translate the analyses into compelling insights for leadership teams. This Role May Be A Fit For You If You: Dashboard Development and Maintenance:

Lead and manage dashboards that monitor the patient reimbursement journey, the performance of patient support programs, and specialty pharmacy operations, ensuring transparency and actionable insights. Program Efficiency Measurement:

Evaluate the efficiency of patient reimbursement and specialty pharmacy programs, providing metrics and recommendations to ensure smooth and timely access to medications. Performance Analytics:

Deliver comprehensive analyses of Patient Support Programs, including program effectiveness and areas for improvement, to drive better patient outcomes. Reimbursement Support Program Optimization:

Collaborate with internal teams to assess and enhance the performance of reimbursement support programs, improving patient access and adherence to prescribed therapies. Stay Ahead of Industry Trends:

Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory updates, and communicate relevant insights to internal teams to ensure alignment with best practices. Training and Support:

Provide training and guidance to internal teams and external partners as needed, ensuring stakeholders have the tools and knowledge to leverage analytics effectively. To be considered for this role, we expect you to have a BA/BS degree. Candidates should have at least 6+ years progressive, industry related experience. Minimum 4 years' experience with Trade and HUB/Patient Support Program data and its application to commercial and market access analytics and reporting in pharmaceutical/biotech industry. Minimum of 4 years' experience with pharmaceutical data processing of Trade (Specialty Distributors and Specialty Pharmacy) data sets and HUB / Patient Support Program data. Previous experience within pharmaceutical commercial data-operations. Experience leading Dashboard development teams and conducting patient level predictive analytics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data, and make recommendations for improvement. Proficiency in Word, Excel and in PowerPoint is required. Desire experience with analytical or business intelligence tools such as Tableau, QlikView, Dataiku, SQL and SAS. $154,800.00 - $252,800.00
