Champion the needs of customers, business teams, and stakeholders throughout the development process, ensuring delivery aligns with project goals. Solve important problems for customers and Vituity, creating solutions that users love and enabling effective technology use. Discover innovative solutions and make product decisions beneficial for both customers and Vituity. Develop and document clear business requirements to facilitate communication between stakeholders and engineering teams. Monitor CR inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and achievement of objectives. Provide knowledge transfer to colleagues and ensure effective product knowledge sharing for integrations. Lead all phases of product development, prepare artifacts, and manage communication between business and engineering teams. Develop methods to capture product data, user behavior, and changes over time. Analyze markets and capabilities to optimize operational workflows. Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and IT teams. Influence and collaborate with others, securing approvals from senior management and stakeholders. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance product features and user experience. Manage platform roadmaps, deliver Business Solution Documents, and maintain SDLC documentation. Gather requirements for platform enhancements and integrations, ensuring clarity and alignment. Develop and update Jira cards, coordinate delivery commitments, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Engage in continuous learning about technology and IT methodologies, meeting with mentors regularly. Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3-4 years of Product Management experience. Experience working with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Proven curiosity-driven learning in technology and industry trend awareness. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Agile methodologies, and basic AI tools. Ability to understand and document business requirements, analyze data, and develop product visions and roadmaps. Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to manage risks and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred: Technology certifications (cloud, data, applications). Background in healthcare, medical, or pharmaceuticals.
