Job Description and Duties
Under the direction of the Chief, Right of Way Office of Strategic Innovation, coordinates and performs analysis and prepares reports and proposals on Right of Way training issues and provides staff assistance to Right of Way Management on program development activities. Manages the statewide Project Delivery Professional Development program for the Division. Provides staff assistance to Right of Way management on program leadership, training and development activities, and participates with the management team in identifying and implementing decisions resulting in changes in management/organizational philosophies and preparing strategies to deal with the future changes.
