BayCare Clinic Corporate Headquarters is looking for a Junior Information Technology Project Manager in Green Bay, WI.

We're looking for a detail oriented, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. This role is temporary through December 2025, up to 40 hours per week, between our core hours, Monday-Friday between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. This position has remote opportunity, however does have limited on-site requirements. No Holidays! No Weekends!

We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base. The Job:

Provides written project status reports to project stakeholders. Assists the team with meeting project goals. Ensures compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards. Assists in delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Manages project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Coordinates project team members, developing schedules and individual responsibilities. Serves as the liaison between business and IT aspects of projects. Uses project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence. Identifies and resolves project issues. Prepares project status and resource allocation reports. Develops change requests. Organizes/coordinates meetings to discuss progress. Monitors progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Supports projects by collaborating with operational leaders and other IT leaders/teams for resource planning, matching staff skills with project requirements, managing resource conflicts, reviewing project status, and addressing issues as appropriate. Respects and maintains confidentiality. Works in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner. The Requirements

1 or more years previous IT experience specific to project management. PMP certification, a plus. Expert level in MS Project 365 and Project Web Access (PWA) as well as other Microsoft Office applications Possess ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in assignments, new technologies and business requirements. Established working knowledge of IT applications, development, and technology structures is mandatory.
