The following opportunity is available with the Easton Area School District:
Administrative Professional
Main Office
12 Month Position
Francis A. March Elementary School
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
Opens, distributes and files mail for the department.
Answer phone calls, record messages and address questions.
Greet faculty, students, parents and visitors and check for identification.
Directs work activities and/or special projects assigned to the main office.
Processes and types all correspondence, forms, recommendations, reports, and records
required for the school and principals.
Maintains records, reports and files of the school.
Distribute approved flyers to students and staff.
Issue work orders for Administration.
Works closely with the Head Custodian concerning building issues.
Assists faculty with Workers Compensation Claims and reports to district office.
Perform any other essential duties as requested by the Principal(s) for the orderly and daily
conduct of business associated with the school.
This part-time position will be filled on or around September 2025. Salary commensurate with the collective bargaining agreement. The selected candidate shall be chosen based on credentials, the ability to demonstrate job functions and the successful completion of a series of interviews along with meeting all local requirements.
